  • Hi, I’m Chloe—a certified health education specialist, mom, and passionate advocate for women’s wellness. I hold a Master’s degree in Nutrition Education and specialize in helping women create sustainable, nourishing habits that support long-term health, energy, and confidence.

    Having struggled with my weight for most of my adult life, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate conflicting advice, busy schedules, and the pressure to “do it all.” Through years of trial, error, and education, I’ve built healthy, realistic habits that support both my body and my life—and now I help other women do the same.

    Whether you're navigating postpartum recovery, managing autoimmune symptoms, or simply ready to feel better in your body, I offer personalized coaching that meets you where you are. As a mom myself, I understand how busy life can get—and how important it is to take care of yourself in the process. My approach combines science-backed guidance with real-life practicality to help you thrive, not just survive.

Along the way, I’ve faced the challenges of managing an autoimmune disease, and embracing my 30s with a renewed focus on strength, vitality, and confidence. Through it all, I’ve learned that feeling good in your body is one of the most powerful gifts you can give yourself.

    Becoming a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) was a natural extension of my experiences and desire to help others unlock their own strength. Whether that means managing a chronic condition, losing weight, gaining muscle, or simply reclaiming your energy and vitality, I’m here to guide you through it all.
